Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During sales, promotions, or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Lahore: 1–3 business days
Major Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Coverage

Kitaab Nagar currently delivers across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

At this time, international shipping is not available.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order value.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may attempt delivery more than once. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us.
